MIAX Corporate Action Alert: BE Aerospace Inc. (BEAV)

BE Aerospace Inc. (BEAV) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Wednesday, December 17, 2014.  On that date, the current BEAV options class will change to BEAV1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BEAV1 options. Therefore, no options on BEAV will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. The new BEAV options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, December 18, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BEAV will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 16, 2014.
