MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Compuware Corporation (CPWR)

Compuware Corporation (CPWR) will be delisted from the MIAX Options Exchange effective prior to the opening of business on Tuesday, December 16, 2014.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in CPWR will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 15, 2014.

Details about the Compuware Corporation (CPWR) completed merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
