MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Kodiak Oil & Gas Corporation (KOG)
Kodiak Oil & Gas Corporation (KOG) has announced a contract adjustment. The adjustment will become effective at the market open on Monday, December 8, 2014. On that date, the current KOG options class will change to WLL1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list WLL1 options. Therefore, no options on KOG will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, December 8, 2014. The new KOG options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 9, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in KOG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 5, 2014.
