MIAX Options Exhange Delisting: Concur Technologies, Inc. (CNQR)

Concur Technologies, Inc. (CNQR) will be delisted from the MIAX Options Exchange effective prior to the opening of business on Friday, December 5, 2014.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in CNQR will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 4, 2014.

Details about the Concur Technologies, Inc. (CNQR) completed merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
