MIAX Corporate Action Alert: WellPoint, Inc. (WLP) Name and Symbol Change to Anthem, Inc. (ANTM)
WellPoint, Inc. (WLP) will change its name to Anthem, Inc.; its trading symbol to (ANTM); and its CUSIP to 036752103. As a result, option symbol WLP will also change to ANTM effective for trading on Wednesday, December 3, 2014.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: ANTM options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in WLP will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 2, 2014.
