MIAX Corporate Action Alert: E-House (China) Holdings Limited (EJ)
E-House (China) Holdings Limited (EJ) has announced a special distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Monday, December 1, 2014. On that date, the current EJ options class will change to EJ1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EJ1 options. Therefore, no options on EJ will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, December 1, 2014. The new EJ options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 2, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EJ will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 28, 2014.
