MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (GLPI)
Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (GLPI) has announced a special cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Friday, November 28, 2014. GLPI options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GLPI will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 26, 2014.
