MIAX Corporate Action Alert: KLA-Tencor Corporation (KLAC)
KLA-Tencor Corporation (KLAC) has announced a special cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Wednesday, November 26, 2014. KLAC options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in KLAC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 25, 2014.
