MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Jarden Corporation (JAH)

Jarden Corporation (JAH) has announced a 3 for 2 stock split. The stock split will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, November 25, 2014.  On that date, the current JAH options class will change to JAH1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list JAH1 options. Therefore, no options on JAH will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 The new JAH options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 26, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in JAH will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 24, 2014.
