MIAX Corporate Action Alert: CaesarStone Sdot-Yam Ltd. (CSTE)

CaesarStone Sdot-Yam Ltd. (CSTE) has announced a special distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Monday, November 24, 2014.  On that date, the current CSTE options class will change to CSTE1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CSTE1 options. Therefore, no options on CSTE will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 24, 2014. The new CSTE options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 25, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CSTE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 21, 2014.
