New Classes Listed on MIAX and the Associated Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX as of November 17, 2014
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2014-78 identifies newly listed option classes that will start trading on MIAX on Monday, November 17, 2014, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use the exchange identified in the circular as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
