MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Western Refining, Inc. (WNR)
Western Refining, Inc. (WNR) has announced a special distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Friday, November 14, 2014. WNR options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in WNR will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, November 13, 2014.
