MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Dynavax Technologies Corporation (DVAX)
Dynavax Technologies Corporation (DVAX) has announced a 1 for 10 reverse stock split. The stock split will become effective at the market open on Monday, November 10, 2014. On that date, the current DVAX options class will change to DVAX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list DVAX1 options. Therefore, no options on DVAX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 10, 2014. The new DVAX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 11, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in DVAX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 7, 2014.
