MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Newcastle Investment Corp. (NCT)

Newcastle Investment Corp. (NCT) has announced a special distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Friday, November 7, 2014.  On that date, the current NCT options class will change to NCT5. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NCT5 options. Therefore, no options on NCT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, November 7, 2014.  The new NCT options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 10, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NCT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, November 6, 2014.
