MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Sears Holding Corporation (SHLD)

Sears Holding Corporation (SHLD) has announced a rights distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Monday, November 3, 2014.  On that date, the current SHLD options class will change to SHLD3. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SHLD3 options. Therefore, no options on SHLD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 3, 2014.  The new SHLD options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 4, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SHLD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 31, 2014.
