MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KMB)

Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KMB) has announced a special distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Monday, November 3, 2014.  On that date, the current KMB options class will change to KMB1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list KMB1 options. Therefore, no options on KMB will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 3, 2014.  The new KMB options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 4, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in KMB will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 31, 2014.
