MIAX Corporate Action Alert: SEARS HOLDINGS CORPORATION (SHLD)

Sears Holdings Corporation (SHLD) has announced a Rights Distribution.  The Distribution will become effective at the market open on Friday, October 17, 2014.  On that date, the current SHLD options class will change to SHLD2.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SHLD2 options.  Therefore, no options on SHLD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, October 17, 2014.  The new SHLD options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, October 20, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SHLD will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, October 16, 2014.
