MIAX Corporate Action Alert: COMPUWARE CORPORATION (CPWR)
Compuware Corporation (CPWR) has declared a special distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Thursday, October 16, 2014. On that date, the current CPWR options class will change to CPWR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CPWR1 options. Therefore, no options on CPWR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, October 16, 2014. The new CPWR options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, October 17, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CPWR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 15, 2014.
