MIAX Corporate Action Alert: AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSINGINC (ADP)
AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING, INC. (ADP) has declared a special distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Wednesday, October 1, 2014. On that date, the current ADP options class will change to ADP1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ADP1 options. Therefore, no options on ADP will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, October 1, 2014. The new ADP options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, October 2, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ADP will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, September 30, 2014.
