MIAX Corporate Action Alert: IRON MOUNTAIN INC. (IRM)

IRON MOUNTAIN INC. (IRM) has declared a special dividend. The dividend will become effective at the market open on Friday, September 26, 2014.  On that date, the current IRM options class will change to IRM2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list IRM2 options. Therefore, no options on IRM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, September 26, 2014.  The new IRM options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, September 29, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in IRM will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, September 25, 2014.
