MIAX Corporate Action Alert: HollyFrontier Corporation (HFC)

HollyFrontier Corporation (HFC) has announced a special cash distribution.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Monday, August 25, 2014. HFC options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HFC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 22, 2014.
