MIAX Corporate Action Alert: NOBLE CORPORATION (NE)

NOBLE CORPORATION (NE) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Monday, August 4, 2014.  On that date, the current NE options class will change to NE1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NE1 options.  Therefore, no options on NE will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, August 4, 2014.  The new NE options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 5, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 1, 2014.
