MIAX Corporate Action Alert: CommonWealth REIT (CWH) Name and Symbol Change to Equity Commonwealth (EQC)
CommonWealth REIT (CWH) will change its name to Equity Commonwealth; its trading symbol to (EQC); and its CUSIP to 294628102. As a result, option symbol CWH will also change to EQC effective for trading on Friday, August 1, 2014.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: EQC options will trade on Cloud 5 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CWH will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 31, 2014.
