MIAX Corporate Action Alert: GERON CORPORATION (GERN)

GERON CORPORATION (GERN) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, July 22, 2014.  On that date, the current GERN options class will change to GERN1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list GERN1 options.  Therefore, no options on GERN will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 22, 2014.  The new GERN options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 23, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GERN will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 21, 2014.
