MIAX Corporate Action Alert: INTERNATIONAL PAPER COMPANY (IP)

INTERNATIONAL PAPER COMPANY (IP) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Wednesday, July 2, 2014.  On that date, the current IP options class will change to IP1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list IP1 options.  Therefore, no options on IP will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 2, 2014.  The new IP options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, July 3, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in IP will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, July 1, 2014.
