MIAX Corporate Action Alert: THE TIMKEN COMPANY (TKR)
THE TIMKEN COMPANY (TKR) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. On that date, the current TKR options class will change to TKR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list TKR1 options. Therefore, no options on TKR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. The new TKR options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 2, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TKR will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 30, 2014.
