MIAX Corporate Action Alert: NORTHSTAR REALTY FINANCE CORP. (NRF)
NORTHSTAR REALTY FINANCE CORP. (NRF) has announced a 1-for-2 Reverse Stock Split and Distribution that will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. On that date, the current NRF options class will change to NRF1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NRF1 options. Therefore, no options on NRF will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. The new NRF options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 2, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NRF will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 30, 2014.
