MIAX Corporate Action Alert: CHESAPEAKE ENERGY CORPORATION (CHK)
CHESAPEAKE ENERGY CORPORATION (CHK) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. On that date, the current CHK options class will change to CHK1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CHK1 options. Therefore, no options on CHK will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. The new CHK options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 2, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CHK will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 30, 2014.
