MIAX Corporate Action Alert: TRINITY INDUSTRIES INC. (TRN)
TRINITY INDUSTRIES INC. (TRN) has announced a 2-for-1 stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Friday, June 20, 2014. TRN OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TRN will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 19, 2014.
