MIAX Corporate Action Alert: NOKIA CORPORATION (NOK)

NOKIA CORPORATION (NOK) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Thursday, June 19, 2014.  On that date, the current NOK options class will change to NOK1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NOK1 options.  Therefore, no options on NOKIA CORPORATION will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, June 19, 2014.  The new NOK options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, June 20, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NOK will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 18, 2014.
