MIAX Corporate Action Alert: TIME WARNER INC. (TWX)

TIME WARNER INC. (TWX) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Monday, June 9, 2014.  On that date, the current TWX options class will change to TWX1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list TWX1 options.  Therefore, no options on TIME WARNER INC. will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, June 9, 2014.  The new TWX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 10, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TWX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 6, 2014.
