MIAX Corporate Action Alert: ITAU UNIBANCO HOLDING S.A. (ITUB)

ITAU UNIBANCO HOLDING S.A. (ITUB) has declared a 10% Stock Dividend.  The distribution will become effective at the market open on Friday, June 6, 2014.  On that date, the current ITUB options class will change to ITUB3.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ITUB3 options.  Therefore, no options on ITUB will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, June 6, 2014.  The new ITUB options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, June 9, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ITUB will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 5, 2014.
