MIAX Corporate Action Alert: DEUTSCHE BANK AG (DB)

DEUTSCHE BANK AG (DB) has announced a Rights distribution that will become effective at the market open on Friday, June 6, 2014.  On that date, the current DB options class will change to DB1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list DB1 options.  Therefore, no options on DEUTSCHE BANK AG will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, June 6, 2014.  The new DB options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, June 9, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in DB will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 5, 2014.
