MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Star Scientific, Inc. (STSI) Name and Symbol Change to Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RCPI)
Star Scientific, Inc. (STSI) will change its name to Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; its trading symbol to (RCPI); and its CUSIP to 772081105. As a result, option symbol STSI will also change to RCPI effective for trading on Wednesday, June 4, 2014.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: RCPI options will trade on Cloud 15 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in STSI will be cancelled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 3, 2014.
