MIAX Corporate Action Alert: THERAVANCE, INC. (THRX)

THERAVANCE, INC. (THRX) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, June 3, 2014.  On that date, the current THRX options class will change to THRX1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list THRX1 options.  Therefore, no options on THERAVANCE, INC. will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 3, 2014.  The new THRX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 4, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in THRX will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 2, 2014.
