MIAX Corporate Action Alert: NATIONAL OILWELL VARCO, INC. (NOV)

NATIONAL OILWELL VARCO, INC. (NOV) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Monday, June 2, 2014.  On that date, the current NOV options class will change to NOV1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NOV1 options.  Therefore, no options on NATIONAL OILWELL VARCO,INC. will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, June 2, 2014.  The new NOV options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 3, 2014..

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NOV will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 30, 2014.
