MIAX Corporate Action Alert: SIMON PROPERTY GROUP, INC. (SPG)
SIMON PROPERTY GROUP, INC. (SPG) has announced a distribution that will become effective at the market open on Thursday, May 29, 2014. On that date, the current SPG options class will change to SPG1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SPG1 options. Therefore, no options on SIMON PROPERTY GROUP, INC. will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, May 29, 2014. The new SPG options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, May 30, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SPG will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 28, 2014.
