MIAX Corporate Action Alert: HOLLYFRONTIER CORPORATION (HFC)
HOLLYFRONTIER CORPORATION (HFC) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. HFC OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HFC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 27, 2014.
