MIAX Corporate Action Alert: SYNOVUS FINANCIAL CORP. (SNV)
SYNOVUS FINANCIAL CORP. (SNV) has announced a 1-for-7 reverse stock split. The reverse stock split will become effective prior to the opening of business on Monday, May 19, 2014. On that date, the current SNV options class will change to SNV1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SNV1 options. Therefore, no options on SYNOVUS FINANCIAL CORP. will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, May 19, 2014. The new SNV options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 20, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SNV will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 16, 2014.
