MIAX Corporate Action Alert: FOSTER WHEELER AG (FWLT)
FOSTER WHEELER AG (FWLT) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Thursday, May 8, 2014. FWLT OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in FWLT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 7, 2014.
