Rule Change Notice—CBOE Arbitration Rules
The CBOE has amended Rule 18.2 (Procedures in Trading Permit Holder Controversies).
MIAX Rule 1107 incorporates by reference the rules of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) relating to arbitration of disputes.
