MIAX Corporate Action Alert: SLM CORPORATION (SLM)

SLM CORPORATION (SLM) has announced a special distribution.  The distribution will become effective prior to the opening of business on Thursday, May 1, 2014.  On that date, the current SLM options class will change to SLM1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SLM1 options.  Therefore, no options on SLM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, May 1, 2014  The new SLM options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, May 2, 2014.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SLM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, April 30, 2014.
