MIAX Corporate Action Alert: CEMEX, S.A.B. DE C.V. (CX)
CEMEX, S.A.B. DE C.V. (CX) has announced a stock dividend. The stock dividend will become effective prior to the opening of business on Tuesday, April 22, 2014. On that date, the current CX options class will change to CX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CX1 options. Therefore, no options on CX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 The new CX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 23, 2014.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CX will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 21, 2014.
