MIAX Options Interface Specification (FOI & MEI) Updates to Support Additional Features
The MIAX Options Exchange has just released updated Interface Specifications for FIX Order Interface (FOI) and MIAX Express Interface (MEI) to support additional features. This alert is an update to the alert "MIAX Options Interface Specification (FOI, MEI & ToM) Updates to Support Additional Features" published on October 25, 2013 and amended on February 4, 2014.
The upcoming changes to support new Exchange functionality may require members to make programmatic changes. Members are requested to plan for these changes which are targeted for a May 13th release. The exact dates for the activation of each functional change supported by these interface specification updates will be published via a MIAX Regulatory Circular. Note, a subset of functional changes supported by the specification update are pending SEC approval.
