Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX as of April 4, 2014
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2014 19 identifies a new option class to start trading on MIAX on Friday, April 4, 2014, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use the exchanges identified in the circular as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
