Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX

MIAX Regulatory Circular 2014-17 identifies a new option class to start trading on MIAX, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use the exchange identified in the circular as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
