Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX as of March 31, 2014
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2014-13 identifies a new option class to start trading on MIAX on Monday, March 31, 2014, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use the exchange identified in the circular as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
