MIAX Corporate Action Alert: HOLLYFRONTIER CORPORATION (HFC)
HOLLYFRONTIER CORPORATION (HFC) has declared a Special Cash Distribution. The Distribution and associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the market open on Monday, March 3, 2014. HFC OPTIONS WILL CONTINUE TO TRADE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION ON THE MIAX OPTIONS EXCHANGE.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HFC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 28, 2014.
