MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc. (FNP) Name and Symbol Change to Kate Spade & Company (KATE)
Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc. (FNP) will change its name and trading symbol to Kate Spade & Company (KATE). As a result, option symbol FNP will also change to KATE effective at the opening of business on Wednesday, February 26, 2014.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change. MIAX Members must use the new option symbol KATE commencing Wednesday, February 26, 2014.
NOTE: KATE Options will trade on Cloud 10 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in FNP will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, February 25, 2014.
