MIAX Corporate Action Alert: VODAFONE GROUP PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY (VOD)
VODAFONE GROUP PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY (VOD) has announced a special distribution. The distribution will become effective prior to the opening of business on Monday, February 24, 2014. On that date, the current VOD options class will change to VOD1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list VOD1 options. Therefore, no options on VOD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, February 24, 2014
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in VOD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 21, 2014.
